The Dance Between Light and Shadow is the dance of all of creation, for without the darkness we wouldn't truly know the light.
This duality acts as our foundation, guiding us back to the center of what is worthwhile.
Sometimes the brightest most beautiful treasure is found in the heart of the darkness. When we learn to dance with our Shadow and not turn away, that's when we truly know the Light.

The light illuminates the darkness and shows us the truth of what has been hiding in the shadows. Sometimes things feel extra dark because everything is being exposed, and brought to light.

Learning to dance doesn't mean succumbing to the darkness, but more of an awareness of it, a deeper understanding. Knowing that our shadows aren't inherently evil, but we tapped into them for survival during some of our darkest moments where we felt lost.

Our shadows are apart of us, and they just want love and acknowledgement too.
